If you forget your pattern on a device that runs Android 4.4 or lower, use "Forgot Pattern" feature. After 5 failed unlock attempts, a message will prompt saying "Try again in 30 seconds". Instead of waiting for 30 secs we are to tap "Forgot Pattern" while the message is showing. Select "Enter Google account details" (this option may be displayed earlier depending upon the device and android OS) then enter your primary google account and correct password. After the successful attempt to match primary email and password, you will be able to reset your pattern or you can simply remove pattern. Method 2 #Factory Reset
Factory reset, simply can be understood as to set the phone to work as it was when it got shipped. This method is preferred only when unlock is more important than data loss. Based on your device, the process to enter to recovery mode is different. First of all you need to turn off your cell and make sure that you have got more than 30% charge. In most of the samsung devices, the "combination of home, power off and volume up" button helps to enter into recovery mode. Hold these three buttons together for 10 seconds. You will then enter into recovery mode that displays with different options. Use volume down button to highlight "Wipe data/Factory reset" option and press power button. Once the process is over, choose "Reboot system now" option, system will reboot and you can use your device as a new device in terms of OS.

Method 3 #Using ADB
In any android device, forgotten password can be recovered using ADB if you have previously enabled "USB debugging". You must install ADB in your PC to step further to unlock you device. Firstly connect your phone to your computer with a USB data cable. Open up command prompt in administration mode and locate the directory of ADB instillation. Enter the following command "adb shell rm /data/system/gesture.key" and hit enter. Next, reboot your phone and the secure lock screen should be gone, letting you to access your phone. But note that this is only temporary. Therefore, before you reboot again, ensure that you have set a new pattern, PIN, or password for your phone.

Method 4 #Crash Lock Screen UI
If your locked device is encrypted and running android 5.0 - 5.1.1 android OS, this method worth trying. First, hit the “Emergency Call” option on your lock screen, then enter 10 asterisks using the dialer interface. To highlight the entered text, double-tap the field and select “Copy,” then paste it into the same field to double the amount of entered characters. To add more characters, repeat the same process of copying and pasting until double-tapping the field no longer highlights the characters.
Next, return to the lock screen and open the camera shortcut. Pull down the notification shade and tap the Settings icon, then you will be prompted to enter a password. Long-press the input field and select “Paste,” then repeat this process numerous times. Finally, your lock screen will crash after you have pasted enough characters into the field, which will allow you to access the rest of your phone’s interface.
