Blog backup/Remove Powered By Blogger from blog.

 Before you make changes it's highly 

 recommended to  Backup Template.
 For this you simply follow these steps.. 

1.Click on your "Template" option on the left of the page.

2. At the right top corner you will see "Backup/Restore".Click the button.

3.A window pop up will appear with "Download Full Template" option.

4.Your single click on that button will backup your template in your 

    computer.

    Now we are there to remove "Powered By Blogger".

    Follow these steps...

1. Go to Template > Edit HTML
2. Lines of codes will be displayed there,click anywhere in the box.
3. Click Ctrl+F, "Find" box will appear.
4. Copy this code:

    <b:widget id='Attribution1' locked='true' title='' type='Attribution'>
     Paste it in "Find" box and hit enter. 

     
5. Now change the locked value 'true' to 'false' in the line of code.
    

    Your code should be like this:
    <b:widget id='Attribution1' locked='false' title='' type='Attribution'>

6. Now find the below mentioned code.
    <b:section class='foot' id='footer-3' showaddelement='no'>

7.Change attribute value showaddelement "no" to "yes".

   Your code must match with this code:
   <b:section class='foot' id='footer-3' showaddelement='yes'>

8. Save your template.
9. Go back and navigate to Layout tab.
10.Find Attribution element at the bottom of your page.

11. Click on Edit
12.  Now click on Remove button.

Now Attribution element has been removed. You can add another
 element using bottom "Add a Gadget" link to add custom attribution.
